Successfully completed a Truck & Coach Apprenticeship program currently holding Red Seal 310T. Trained to work on transportation/service/delivery trucks, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles. Able to work after hours, alternate shifts, travel, and complete necessary training programs.

- Perform routine maintenance, annual inspections and repairs on heavy-duty trucks including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines and minimize downtime
- Respond to emergency calls for assistance; providing road side assistance and repairs for customers using a service vehicle
- Inspect, diagnose and replace brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel ends, tires, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Load and unload products from safely from trailers using an electrical pallet jack, forklift, or reach truck
- Raise trucks and heavy parts or equipment safely using hydraulic jacks or hoists
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation Compliance Standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using advanced diagnostic tools such is Detroit Diagnostic Link, Cummins Insite, Wabco Toolbox, Bendix, Allison
