I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service, kitchen management, and sales. In my role as Kitchen Head/Customer Service at Saravana Bhavan, I oversaw kitchen operations, managed front-of-house staff, and demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skills. I excelled in inventory management, cost control, and delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Sales Manager at Amrit Emporium, I developed and implemented sales strategies, analyzed sales data, and built strong client relationships. I am known for my quick learning, adaptability, and strong communication skills, thriving in both independent and team environments to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

I hold a Diploma in Computer Systems Technician (Networking) from Centennial College, Toronto, ON, where I studied from September 2022 to April 2024. This program equipped me with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in networking, database management, and computer systems. Additionally, I completed my High School Diploma at Orchid Science College, Chitwan, Nepal, from July 2018 to August 2020, providing me with a strong foundational education.
