KPRT, Canadian forces
- Worked with Canadian forces at Engineering department of KPRT as Engineer Quality Manager in Afghanistan, responsible for the design and completion of electrical/construction projects for the Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team also serve as primary projects inspector between the KPRT and Contractor, relaying information between project manager and contractor, advise contractor on working methods and problems and reporting all problems and changes to the project manager make changes to projects design when present design will not technically work.
PE/ QA/QC Engineer Apr 2012 – Aug 2017
USACE and US Army
- Worked with US Army Corps of Engineering in Afghanistan as PE and senior Quality Assurance representative for electrical and construction projects, responsible for the design and initiation of electrical/construction projects from conception to completion focusing on quality control/assurance, inspection of the work performed each day for compliance with approved plans and specifications, and provided quality assurance report to USACE office at the end of each day.

Hydro/DABS (Da Afghanistan Brishna Shirkat)
- Plan, develop, and implement Technical Division strategies approved by the Board of
Directors;
- Oversee all Technical Division staff;
- Oversee annual and longer-term budget preparations for the Technical Division;
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of annual Technical Division work plans to achieve technical performance goals;
- Oversee generation, transmission, and distribution systems, and quality assurance issues;
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for managing, measuring, and monitoring all DABS technical systems, ensuring that the technical standards adopted by DABS are implemented and maintained in all Breshna;
- Liaise with other departments and divisions of DABS, in order to understand their technical information needs and requirements, and to ensure they are fully informed of Technical Division’s objectives, purposes, and achievements;
- Supervise the Senior Management of individual Breshna for all technically related operations, policies, procedures, and standards;
- Oversee the development of each Breshna’s technical programs, and provide technical inputs for system expansion and rehabilitation;
- Oversee and supervise routine operation and maintenance, and annual major maintenance projects and performance evaluation procedures;
- As a member of the Senior Management Group, ensure that Technical Division activities are integrated into DABS’ broader corporate and organizational requirements for quality control, management, health and safety, laws and regulations, environmental policies, and power utility best practice.
