I have total 14+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum Methodology throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. I have experience in all phases of the software life cycle working on various technologies which includes SAP for Utilities, CRM, Web Applications, MS Dynamics 365.
I have extensive experience in planning test cycles, data Verification, application validations (GUI and Back-end focused), system testing, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, database testing (using SQL Queries) and user acceptance testing
During my previous roles, I worked with large amounts of data, facts, and figures. I often relied on my pristine communication skills to present my findings.
I was responsible for translating client requirements into an understandable format for my team members to read/execute. I was also responsible for developing and implementing the test plan, and for ensuring that all tests were completed on time and met the required standards. I am vigilant in ensuring that test scripts, data and findings are precise, and do the reporting on daily basis with ease.
In addition to my experience in QA, I also have a strong technical background. I have experience in both manual and automated testing. I am also knowledgeable in various programming languages, which allows me to help my team for root cause analysis for the issues found.
