• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, gas fired equipment, and HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair RTU's, MUA's, AHU's, fan coils, heat pumps, force flow, cooling tower, boilers, commercial hot water tanks
• Installation and repair of residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC-R , and gas systems
• Re-pipe chiller lines, boiler systems, and domestic water systems
• Sourcing out and repairing leaks in walk up units, commercial spaces and high-rises
• Building shut downs and start up to complete repairs
• Auger and camera drain lines
• Fixture repairs and replacements
• Water pump replacements
