Overall client satisfaction includes acting as the senior client relationship manager, ensuring there is a good dialogue between client and team are kept abreast of internal changes and new initiatives.
Performing regular review of process of new client applications account opening, number of active clients, weekly transaction fee, turnover per clients and marketing team achievements.
Working closely with other operations managers to ensure that locations are aligned at all times
Giving training to newcomers and managing expenses of back office and marketing department expenses.
