I am a results-oriented, customer-focused, and self-starting Taiwanese on an IEC visa. I will be in Canada for the next 12 months (until Feb 2024). I have ten years of experience in customer service and ten months of farm work in Australia. I am available to work straight away with open availability.
I come from Taiwan. I used to work as a flight attendant for China Airlines and as a VIP Host at Venetian Macau, and I was also an intern at Cathay Pacific Airways. These experiences have taught me a lot about the hospitality industry and customer service.
In my role as a flight attendant, I not only learned the technical aspects of the job but also how to provide excellent customer service. I enjoy learning from coworkers who excel in this area, and I like to chat with passengers to understand their needs and be more compassionate and attentive. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for helping people and making their travel experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
In my role as a VIP host, I learned how to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers from different countries and cultures. This experience taught me the importance of cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt my communication style to best suit the needs of each individual.
