I am a dedicated undergraduate Psychology student with four years of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). My work emphasizes improving clients’ social and emotional communication using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate techniques that address daily challenges.
In my clinical roles, I have provided direct ABA therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans and self-regulation strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. I have conducted behavioral assessments, collected and analyzed data to guide interventions, and adjusted plans to promote measurable progress.
I have also held leadership roles where I supervised and trained behavioral technicians, ensuring fidelity in treatment, data collection, and adherence to Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs). I managed daily operations within a residential respite care unit, maintaining a safe, ethical, and supportive environment for clients and their families.
In addition, I conducted compliance audits across multiple group homes to ensure quality care and protect client rights. I’ve collaborated with interdisciplinary teams—including psychologists and medical professionals—during psychiatric clinics to assess treatment effectiveness and support medication management.
Throughout my experience, I’ve upheld detailed documentation to support clinical decisions and meet regulatory standards. These roles have sharpened my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills—qualities I bring to every setting.
I remain committed to compassionate, client-centered care and am eager to continue contributing to high-quality behavioral health services through both clinical and operational excellence.
