2). Responsible for formulating a test-plan to streamline all the test activities of 'YouAttest' product.
3). Responsible for conducting 'Impact Assessment' and 'Test Effort Estimation' for proposed changes.
4). Attentively listened to the client's queries and assisted them in complicated configurations to connect different cloud providers like 'Azure', 'OKTA', and 'Jump-cloud' with 'YouAttest' so that 'Certification and Attestation' campaigns could be generated.
5). Participated in demos given to different clients and cleared their queries regarding the workflows.
6). Proactively managed the 'Quality Assurance Team' and ensured that 'Testing Tasks' are in alignment with the 'Deadlines' established.
