• Analyzed mechanical failures and operational issues to resolve equipment breakdowns through failure analysis
• Conducted the 2022 Brake Testing on 85 units of Suncor’s mine mobile heavy equipment to guarantee mine operations are in compliance with Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulatory guidelines
• Designed CAD models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks at the request of the Haul Truck Shop Supervisors
• Reduced the number of abnormalities in the service meter unit (SMU) hours for 42% of the CAT D11 dozer fleet which further helped define the 2023 Planned Maintenance (PM) schedule
• Served as the Suncor Student Community Lead, hosting professional development and recreational events for co-op students, improving engagement by 32% from the previous term
