My name is Taiylor McNeil, and I’m a Vancouver-based yoga teacher and Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Health and fitness have been a foundational part of my life for over 10 years, and yoga quickly became more than just a physical practice for me, it became a way to reconnect to myself through movement, breath, and presence.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2020 and have since taught in both studio and recovery-focused environments, including Evolution Yoga & Fitness, The Samadhi Shala at the Westin Bayshore, and Peardonville House Treatment Centre, where I guided women navigating addiction recovery through mindfulness and movement practices. My classes are rooted primarily in Vinyasa Flow, with an emphasis on intentional movement, grounding, strength, and nervous system connection. I also enjoy teaching gentle flow, deep stretch, and Yin classes that allow students to slow down, restore, and reconnect with themselves.
Drawing from both my clinical mental health background and my personal wellness journey, I aim to create spaces that feel welcoming, empowering, and deeply intentional.
