I am a 23-year-old university student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing. While my academic focus is primarily in marketing, I am excited to apply my skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to a front desk hotel position.

Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, all of which are essential for a front desk role. I understand the importance of providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Additionally, my marketing background has equipped me with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the importance of creating positive experiences for customers. I believe that delivering excellent customer service goes hand in hand with effective marketing strategies, as it contributes to guest loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

I have gained valuable experience as a server in multiple restaurants and as a babysitter, while also pursuing my education in business at a university. These experiences have helped me develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced environments. In addition, my business school education has provided me with a solid foundation in various aspects of business, including marketing, finance, and management. I am eager to leverage my practical experience and academic knowledge to contribute effectively in a professional setting.
