I’m an aspiring Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and customer service. My work combines data analysis and process improvement to support data-driven decision-making and optimize operations, helping businesses enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
With a foundation in mathematics and business analytics, I’ve developed expertise in analyzing data, creating dashboards, and supporting strategic insights through hands-on projects and customer-facing roles. My experience includes building Power BI dashboards, creating machine learning-based chatbots, and consulting with startups to scale operations and enhance customer experience. I’m currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analytics at Lambton College, where I am gaining proficiency in data visualization, SQL, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making. My program includes a capstone project, where I’m working with an urban farming startup to provide data-driven recommendations. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, equipping me with a solid foundation in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
