Hi there! My name is Tarnveer Takhtar.
I am a Software Engineering Major attending McMaster University.
I am a reliable, energetic and resourceful engineering major who has a large passion for design, software, and keeping up with new technologies. Have learned a variety of technological skills in various technological areas of which I intend to improve and build upon. I am open to learning, very collaborative, and willing to take roles of responsibility.
In the future I hope to fulfill my passion for working in the engineering field with a diverse team in the development of new software and technologies.
In my free time I like to tinker with computers, as well as design, model, and print 2D and 3D designs using programs such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Sketchup, and the Adobe Suite. I also enjoy practicing and refining my coding skills from time to time, with my language of choice being Python.
My greatest computational skills that I possess as of now are my 2D graphics and 3D modelling design skills through the use of various software suites such as Autodesk, Adobe, Inkscape, and Sketchup. Coding in Python, Java and utilizing other languages such as C++ when coding microcontrollers (Arduino for example). I also enjoy editing and manipulating websites to suit a clients needs.
I am interested in pursuing Co-op positions related to the Engineering field located within Ontario.
