Verification & processing of organization’s biweekly and monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now for Canadian payroll and ON Pay for US Payroll
Distribution of pay cheques to the staff and sending invoices to clients

Processing final payments and paid time off calculations
Assisting, running and reviewing quarterly and year end reports
Assisting with Canadian reporting requirements
Assisting with processes related to payroll runs/monitoring jobs requested
Onboarding of new employees in ADP Workforce Now (HRIS)
Preparing reports and briefs for management committees
Timely submission of the timesheet of up to 5 employees to the payroll specialist in United Kingdom
Processing any expense reimbursements and retroactive pay on ADP Workforce Now
Managing the Accounts Payable and HR functions of the organisation
Performing all other duties as may be required by the needs of the business but not limited to the above responsibilities
