Te Nzan

I hold a PhD in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto and over five years teaching experience. I am looking for a teaching position that utilizes my diverse skills as a supervisor and lecturer, English teacher, and writing and test prep tutor. I have taught specific academic courses on religion, ethics, history, philosophy, and literature, as well general humanities and English reading, writing, and presentation classes for undergraduate and graduate students.

I also have two years of experience as a tutor for IGCSE, IB, and A level tests, and as an English teacher for young and mature learners. Moreover, I have a distinguished publishing record as an author and editor with some of the most distinguished presses in the world.

My teaching philosophy is simple: use the best resources available to make learning fun, interactive, engaging, and challenging. My references at the end of this CV will attest to my teaching ability, collegiality, and writing and editing skills.
