I am a fully qualified Aesthetician and Massage Therapist VCTC 3 (ITEC) and Craniosacral Therapist working in Cranial Osteopathy with experience in clinic work, dietary recommendations, infant care and birthing, especially strong in Trauma work and counseling, as well as myofascial release. My work history involves working with traumatized babies and children on an emotional developmental and physical stress release level and I was an Aware Parenting Instructor for South Africa under Aletha Solter PhD from 2008 to 2012 where I lectured groups of adults on the Aware Parenting philosophy of attachment based non-punitive approach to parenting. I am a self-starter who is very hard working with attention to detail.

I am up to date with the latest knowledge in Osteopathy, I am a people's person with a caring and gentle personality. I enjoy challenging cases with patients and helping them to reach resolution and relief. My aim is to work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best results for patients and clients.
