I also ensure that all employees who require a DBS check, are signed up to the update service and monitor any upcoming expiring certificates.

- Carry out the new starter process for successful candidates by providing them with relevant paperwork and information relating to their position, such as offer letters and contracts. Responsible for gathering all documents relating to, eligibility to work, occupational health and CRB clearances and previous employment references.
- Produce and process monthly payroll and sickness reports for offices based within the south of the country. I process monthly salaries for up to 1,000 staff members across the country.
- Maintain current knowledge of employment legislations which impact processes and procedures to ensure I do not act unethically within my role and also to respond to any employee inquiries efficiently whilst maintaining a professional and caring driven focus which ultimately leads to employee satisfaction and retention.
- My role involved carrying out the recruitment and selection process. This involved, advertising suitable posts, reviewing candidate resumes, short listing potential candidates, carrying out initial telephone interviews and sending out invites to all successful candidates.
- I also conducted internal and external interviews with line managers and HR managers for all posts advertised. This built my experience in the interviewing process and also my confidence to ask questions to potential candidates.

Ensure the successful execution of a mass recruitment project which was led by me. The project involved ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process were carried out for 100 staff nurses and healthcare professionals within a set deadline. In this role, I lead a team of 4 administrative staff members.
I identified certain key skills within my team and I delegated the workload efficiently to ensure the project was completed within the timeframe set and the quality of service provided remained at a high standard. The team I lead for this project completed the whole project in the timeframe set and all new employees were in post for the proposed dates.
- Carry out all aspects of the recruitment process, such as drawing up the conditional offer letter and contract, Obtaining CRB and occupational health clearances for all staff members to ensure they were not considered a risk to patients, carry out pre-employment meetings with successful candidates and draw up the confirmation of employment paperwork.
- Conduct the weekly team brief in which I fed back any new and relevant information to the rest of the team on a weekly basis. I welcomed the opportunity for other team members to raise any issued and concerns they had relating to aspects of their role and fed back any information to my line manager who identified ways of resolving any issues.

I also carried out HR inductions for new staff members in which health and safety assessments were carried out and an overview of the company's policies and procedures are outlined.
- Producing monthly staffing reports for the board of directors and all line managers across the country, outlining statistics relating to employment figures, labour turnover and sickness levels. The role also involved producing and processing payroll reports for all regions of the company to ensure that all employees are paid correctly.
