Recruited by Ajax facility to assist in the a new product launch. Assumed responsibility of the PM program, oversaw all aspects of the PM, TPM systems, managed this system through CMMS software with a MP2 program. Assisted with the new "Amerigon" Seat launch project.
Purchased parts, issued PO's maintained inventory through the MP2 systems. Developed and implemented a new process to modify GM's 700 shipping racks to accommodate the seat handling robots, this created a damage free process with no downtime.

Assisted with 3 successful product launches which included a plant wide retrofit and installation of a new linear process build operation. Designed and installed a new in-process steaming system which resulted in zero scrap and zero defects. Created and implemented a new plant-wide Lock Out procedure.
Assisted in process modification to reduce labour cost in the workforce by $300,000 / year in direct labour by introducing new automation. Assisted both Quality and Pilot departments with process improvements as required for new product launches. A 10 year member as a management representative of J.H.S.C.
Instrumental in the implementation of ergonomic improvements for the process operation of the facility which provided a safer workforce and a reduction of injuries and lost time accidents. Reduced contractor expenditures by over 50% by completing work internally through training and C.AW. negotiations. Purchased parts, equipment tooling and maintained inventory to support production requirements, maintained budget expenditures and reduced inventory costs by implementing a parts common parts resource bank.
