Hi!

I am a worker with a number of years in different fields. I have a lot of experience with people and know how to collaborate well with others. As someone who has worked under others and also in directing and managing positions I can delegate, give feedback, provide leadership as well as support other leaders, take constructive feedback and work without a lot of supervision.

I have worked in face to face customer service through the service industry, retail and brand promotion. I have also worked in construction, carpentry and landscaping and understand how to work hard, anticipate what will be happening next and how to work safely with various shop and power tools. I have also worked extensively in community and professional arts and understand how to connect with many diverse people and how to network effectively.

I am passionate about creating and participating in work environments built on respect and conflict resolution.

I work with people and have been learning and improving the way I communicate with others. Most recently I have worked as a Driver Helper for UPS during their holiday season and before that a server.

I have an advanced diploma in theatre. One of the biggest things we learnt in about relating to others was about collaboration. One of the focuses of the program was about collaborative creation. This meant that we had to learn how to give and take feedback. Of course collaboration and feedback which is something that I am always trying to improve. The training gave me a solid foundation on which to build these skills.
