I have been cooking for about 7 years of experience. Most of which was I remote camps in Alberta where I cooked in 200 to 500 man camps. I am passion about cooking, fishing and guitar. I like to make soups sauces to full meals. My favorite food to cook is Italian.
5 years in Alberta cooking in small and large camps. We did lunch for 250 and supper for upto 500. I did anything from prep to cooking full dinners, salads sandwiches soups.
I graduated in 2012 from NSCC Kings Tec in Kentville NS. I worked for Royal Camp Services, Western Camp service as well.
