- Handled all Home Depot appliance services out of our warehouse. Included receiving, inventory control for live freight and returns
- When Home Depot opened their new MDO, coordinated the movement of all appliances to their new location. Set-up our operations in the new HD depot warehouse and hired our staffing
- Worked directly with HD team to achieve a smooth opening for the MDO
- Worked with senior management to ensure a successful wind down of Canada Cartages Final Mile deliveries in Edmonton

- Successfully started local delivery of funeral service products to customers in Edmonton by Batesville employees in a Batesville truck.
- Successfully started the personalization of funeral service products in Edmonton. This required the engraving of urns. 6 week project completed in 5 days. Manage all LTL scheduling for deliveries outside of metropolitan Edmonton
- Responsible for budget of the Edmonton and Calgary locations, all health and safety issues and the efficient operation of the warehouse
