Cisco CCNA, & Juniper JNCIA certified professional with experience in deployment and troubleshooting of routing, switching, Firewall networks.
Expertise in the configuration of routing protocols and deployment of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP over Cisco and Juniper routers.
Experience with designing, deploying and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Ether-channel, HSRP, Port Security, IP Routing Protocols - (RIPV2, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP), ACL's, NAT, PAT, VLAN, STP, VTP, QoS, Traffic Policing, Shaping.

To provide intermediate level Tier 2 network services for issues elevated from the Support Center and Technical Services groups and identify failing components.
Participated in Major Incident Management Calls and activities, identify network performance issues and trends with the help of network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Splunk, NetOps etc. (e.g., Identify failing network components, review firewall for blocks, tracing of network traffic).
Add, Update, and close records in the IT Problem Management and Change Management databases. Monitor records to ensure status are accurate and complete, and actions are on target. Reviews related records to identify requests that may have an impact on the network.
To provide intermediate level network services, including supporting large scale network installations. Install and configure standard network infrastructure, including software, patches, upgrades, applications, and/or hardware operating on one or more systems. Run network configuration changes through the network modeling software and correct errors.
