Precisely, I started my career as a project coordinator which has taught me the basics of the construction industry and discovered my strengths in managing, coordinating and overseeing multiple projects
And I am skilled in carrying out management initiatives like collaborating with sub-contractors, consultants carrying out contract administration, ensuring that all provisions mentioned in the legal documents are adhered to

Experience

- Coordinating multiple projects from conception of preliminary design through to commissioning.
- Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor progress against these to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and monitor site safety to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for the projects.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management and make recommendations for corrective actions as required.
