My experience began in the telecom industry and moved into industrial construction. There I attained a unique skillset for electrical engineers - the ability to plan a job in detail. This lead to an opportunity to work at a Uranium Mill in Canada's far North. There I became the Electrical and Instrument Design Authority for management of change purposes and oversaw a small group of 2-3. One of my large capstone projects was a large metering project and resulting continuous improvement efforts. This lead me into my present day consulting career.
