Position：Engineer II (Building Service Project Coordinator)

Duties：

To response for new building, alteration and addition works projects.
To prepare document on budget, project planning and programming.
To coordinate, supervise, progress monitor, test and handover on site work.
To prepare the technical submissions including temporary works design, risk assessment, method statement, government submission and relevant correspondence to consultant and client for approval.
To coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier.
