Payroll

• Computed all employee deductions including Federal and Provincial income tax CPP, EI and Net Pay using CRA's

Payroll Deduction Online Calculator (PDOC) or deduction lookup tables.

• Recorded entries in Cash Payments Journal and issue payroll cheques. Prepared RC107-E CRA remittance forms for all company employees.

Banking

• Reconciled the Bank account in the General Ledger with the monthly bank statement. Processing bank errors, nonsufficient funds, outstanding cheques and deposits.
• Recorded expenditures from petty cash fund. Reimbursed the petty cash fund.

Inventory

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, monitoring inventory transactions and document variances.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and research discrepancies. Prepared bank reconciliation statement and resulting journal entries, analyze inventory reports and costs associated with inventory.
