- The removal and replacement of planks and paddles on DND Aurora
- The installation of new wings to the Aurora IAW

- The servicing, repair, modification, reassembly and installation of mechanical components ready for re-fitment to the Aurora
- Depot level, or mid life checks on the airframe of the helicopter
- Repairs to main frame of the CH 149 due to corrosion and cracking IAW in house engineering
- Removal of CH 149 Strake to facilitate repairs to cracks in intercostals and manufacture new skins for strake as well as reassembly and re fitment of strake
- Rebuild of CH 149 torsion boxes per level of check. This included corrosion removal and re finishing of parts with shims for fitment as well as up sizing and reaming of all fastener holes IAW
- Repairs to CH 149 skin due to general wear and operational damage IAW in house engineering and standard practises
- Repairs to belly structure of CH 149 including the fabrication of intercostals clips and T pieces along with repairs to main frame due to corrosion
- Adhere to policies, procedures and directives as established by the company
Structures Technician - PAL Aerospace - St Johns, NL

C checks on Bombardier Dash 8 300 series and 400 series as well as ATR 42 and 72
- Initial inspection work on arrival of aircraft prior to the commencement of creating snags and carrying out prescribed maintenance as described by the manufacture
- The creation of snags during the initial inspection of aircraft during C check
- General maintenance generated from inspection. This includes cleaning, corrosion control, window removal and replacement, general repairs to aircraft skin/structure IAW structural repair manual as well as repairs prescribed by engineering and IAW SRM

- Replacement of seat rails for modifications to aircraft interior
- Removal and maintenance to cargo door in accordance with standard maintenance practices
- Removal and rebuild of both fingernails of this aircraft replacing most of there individual parts with new as well as fabrication of parts/skins
- Installation of FLIR camera to nose of aircraft. This involved working closely with engineering making changes to drawings and design as well as fabrication over 250 parts to successfully install the camera within a given time limit
