Industries include Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, and CPG.

I have held several senior leadership roles in the consulting industry responsible for all facets of the consulting value chain from pre-sales support through analysis, proposal generation, scope & fee setting, and solution development, to crewing, management & delivery of engagements, end results, and securing more work.

A large portion of my career has focused on Supply Chain related engagements. However, I also have significant experience with Operations Excellence, Leadership Elevation, Manufacturing & Mine Planning &Productivity Improvement, and Upstream Oil & Gas Planning and Execution. In addition, I have project managed numerous facility design optimization, expansion, relocation, and new-build projects for clients.

I have also contracted to several other consulting practices as a Subject Matter Expert on different warehouse operations and inventory optimization projects across the US.
