Looking to change careers to focus on becoming an Electrician, after completing a full gut and renovation on a two-story, 4500 sq ft residential home.

1st year Apprentice Electrician at Raven West Electrical (2025-03 – Present)

• Install Solar Panel, Inverter, Battery Backup systems. Installs included Panel swaps, attic home runs, 40 -50 amp solar systems, services disconnects, and assuring systems meet code and administrative standards (placards, laminated wiring diagrams, etc).
• Commercial space retrofitting and new build installs on 200-600 amp services
• Residential retrofitting from lights, new outlets, updating kitchens and pool/hot tubs to code requirements

Jr Pilot, Ground Crew at Alpine Helicopters (2023-04 – 2025-09)

• Executed decision-making skills under pressure, especially across harsh weather conditions.
• Completed continuous emergency skills training, and risk assessments for pre-and post-flight ops.
• Used a skid steer and front loader to assist hanger operations and landscaping.
• Completed various hangar projects when not flying hangar renovations (including plumbing and electrical), building decks, building fuel barrel haul trailers.

Jr Pilot, Ground Crew at Helicopter Transport Services (2022-04 – 2022-11)

• Fixed operations gear such as electronic long lines, cargo nets, fuel pumps, and anything that needed repair for operations (toggle switches, hooks, remote triggers, etc.).
• Travelled to remote locations to maintain small engines and spray equipment at a gold mine in Nunavut and Laronge SK.
• Purchasing of all anticipated needs weeks/days in advance such as fuel filters, etc.,. as replacements were difficult to obtain once away on location.
• Maintained airport lawn and taxiway snow removal.

Operations Manager at Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness (2020-04 – 2021-02)

• Food facilitation for Covid Homelessness camp at Topaz Park.
• Conflict response and support for community members involving police and bylaw conflicts, tent checks, training, and supervising volunteers.
• Policy Analyst for BC Government, involving both computer and paper management.
• Worked with vulnerable and homeless populations, organizing required supplies for homeless camps.
• Managed various aspects of the camp to ensure safety and needs of the residents.
