My main objective as a journeyman welder, is to broaden my career, develop myself with more experience in the industry and help others along the way. I would like to gain a strong relationship with my employer and other employees while performing every job/task to one hundred percent satisfaction though being safe and efficient.
Contract welder - Top grade construction
(2017-10)
As a contractor to top grade construction I am responsible for fabrication and repair to a large fleet of heavy equipment such and dozers, excavators, trucks trailers and much more. All work is held in shop or field operation. All winter work consists of repair/ice lugging and a large strat well drilling program in northern Alberta (casing cut and cap). (Process practiced SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW mild steel and aluminum).
Contract welder - Belledex Contracting
(2016-01)
As a contracting with Belledex contracting I am responsible for the foundation, fabrication and installation of pile caps. Supplying the residential, commercial and oilfield sectors with a strong efficient start to there structural projects. Welding and plasma table services since 2016. ( process practiced SMAW)
Senior welder (employee) - Halliburton
(2011-10 - 2017-10)
As an employee to Haliburton Canada, I was responsible for the manufacturing of (PCP) progressive cavity pumps. Consisting of various sizes of mild steel pipe being welding in the rolled position and chrome rotors being welded in the rolled position. Also have experience operating a HAS ST-40 CNC machine. Consisting of various weld preps and threaded connections for the (PCP) division. (Process practiced GMAW and SMAW).
