I am highly skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer with a mechanical/technical background. I am seeking a challenging position to utilize his technical expertise in installing, repairing, maintaining, and training on labelling equipment, thermal transfer printers, and inkjet printers.
During my tenure as a Service Engineer and Sales Representative at Imperio Global Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, Nepal from May 2015 to April 2021, I had demonstrated my proficiency in various areas. I had successfully installed new labelling equipment, industrial thermal transfer printers, and inkjet printers, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
I had conducted repairs, servicing, and maintenance of automated labelling systems, print & apply applicators, thermal transfer printers, and inkjet printers. I had also played a key role in training customers on equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting, providing technical consultation and installation assistance. Additionally, I had prepared for installations by reviewing plans, specifications, and other documentation, and performed readiness preparation and start-up monitoring of newly installed equipment.
I usually responded promptly to service calls, minimizing downtime, and effectively diagnosed and resolved issues with malfunctioning equipment. I had further supported the sales department by conducting on-site and facility equipment demonstrations.
