Usama Pervaiz

I am Usama Pervaiz. I am a Masters student at University of Windsor and looking for a job.

I have a field experience of around 4 years and you'll find me a professional guy. I am flexible with my availability, like fully available from Tuesday to Sunday and partially available on monday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. I'm legally allowed to work in Canada for 20 hours in a week. I worked as a Site Engineer at Unity Builders & Suppliers from October 1st, 2019, to April 15th, 2022. In this role, I managed multiple construction crews, assigned tasks, and provided overall supervision at a multistory project site. I also planned the work schedule to enhance productivity.

After that, I became a Co-Owner at ASUSAH Builders from May 1st, 2022, to April 15th, 2023. During this time, I personally supervised two projects simultaneously and handled all financial matters, including accounts, staff salaries, and labor management.

I am an international student of Master's in Civil Engineering at University of Windsor and a i have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Comsats University Islamabad, Wah Campus in Pakistan. I graduated back in 2019 and after that i worked as an employee and as a co-owner too.
