I currently work as a housekeeping supervisor at the Radisson Montreal Airport Hotel. I manage about twenty housekeepers and housemen per day for 245 rooms and common areas. Often I have to manage a shift alone, and sometimes I continue with a second shift (daily total 13h).
Accustomed to managing blitzes or unforeseen events, leading and collaborating culturally and generationally diverse employees. In addition, I also work as an assistant manager in a busy hostel in Charlevoix, in charge of booking management (by phone, email on the EVIIVO system), community management (Expedia, booking, TripAdvisor), customer reception and departure (check in and check out, complaint resolution).
