Vanessa was the Asset Management Program Consultant (Lead) for the Toronto Transit Commission, the CEO and Global Managing Director of Asset Management for WiAM (recognized women owned business enterprise WBE). She has worked extensively in both public and private sectors and most recently was also granted the service award for her outstanding work at the TTC with the Subways Tracks team on the development of TTC's 1st Enterprise asset management policy and inaugural asset management training & innovation center for the transit agency. Vanessa has a wealth of experience in supporting all facets of government enterprise-wide asset management programs within North American and globally.
Her specialization includes program management and enteprise-wide (corporate-wide) development of asset management transformation programs in all sectors such as transit including vehicles, power, facilities, linear infrastructure, and water/wastewater, fleet, police, real estate, facilities etc., with specializations within the Global Strategic Asset Management Practice, and as the sole Regional Business Development Manager for Strategic Consulting within North America previously at Jacobs.

Development of first Asset Management office at 4th largest city in Canada- city of Brampton, including appointed executive lead of asset management.
