I am an aspiring Junior Project Manager with over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, now actively seeking opportunities within the construction industry. My background includes working on complex, cross-functional projects where I collaborated with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline operations, improve workflows, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
My background includes leading requirement-gathering sessions, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating UAT, and supporting product rollouts in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Having worked closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders, I bring a solid understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and scope control. This experience has naturally progressed into my transition toward Project Management, where I’m excited to lead initiatives and drive results with a structured, collaborative, and outcome-focused approach
