1. I have 03 years of prior experience in the health and safety field. My first job was as a Health, safety, Security, and Environment Officer, where I have to contact every government department concerned to the field. In health, I have to coordinate with more than two hospitals where emergency ICU, Trauma Center, and burn treatments are available 24*7. In safety, I have to check and provide adequate PPEs to every employee or visitor and maintain PPEs log books. To mitigate risk I have to follow PTW System and help Permit holders to prepare proper JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and also provide regular training to all workers and staff to be aware of hazards to dilute risk. In security, I have to check every worker’s background and provide induction training to all new workers and visitors to indicate which area is accessible at that time also inspect every industrial and commercial vehicle which wants to enter the working area through an inspection checklist. In Environment I have to ensure that no direct containment of the petroleum product in the land, water, or environment as well as aid civil staff to maintain safety protocols of the government. After that, I switched my job in the manufacturing unit as a safety officer where I had to coordinate with the management to comply with industrial laws of health, safety, and environment also has to be a part of the committee and provide proper guidance where required. The factory has to check every piece of equipment regarding emergency and safety procedures through the checklist and conduct safety audits and prepare correction reports and share them to the concerned department to rectify it. As a safety officer, I have to maintain relational a balance to the government department, especially Emergency services. As a part of the audit inform management about any breach of the law and make sure that every legal requirement is fulfilled. In training awareness, we provide details about the EHS given to every worker. In daily factory tours, observe the working methods and prepare HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and put control measures according to it. Ensure the healthy condition of the pump house, all water systems, and the Fire Control panel.

I’m a graduate of science with honors. Apart from that, I have a PGD in Industrial fire and safety, I have certificates from the IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, UK), and NEBOSH (National Examination Board of safety and health, UK). I am also trained for the ISO 45001:2018 standards.
