BMO- Customer service representative July 2022- Present

• As a customer service representative, I was tasked to Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.

• As an Analyst, I was tasked with the responsibility to assist the financial planners with day-to-day tasks like collecting, evaluating and applying financial and statistical data, I was also tasked with being the first line of personnel to deal with customers directly, I explained and recommended different investment opportunities. Applied PowerPoint and excel.

• Developed researching skills on S&P capital IQ to conduct financial and industry research on numerous sectors of Nigerian economy. Applied excel, PowerPoint and elementary financial modeling.

• As one of the partners in this operation, I was tasked with the marketing and sales side of the job. This entailed I deal with customers directly and try to build a network. I sell the cars and market it through different channels and record the process. 

• As a Logistics assistant, I was responsible for data entry and filing, I organized and used heavy equipment, I operated in a small team with everyone having their part this forced a lot of innovative and decisive thinking.
