- Was able to handle shift work and functioned well throughout 12-hour days and night shifts.
- Gained great knowledge of how operations work at Bruce Power, and general roles and routines.
- Watched procedures and safety system tests which were conducted, as well as giving aid when needed.
- Gained basic knowledge of how multiple systems and processes in the plant work.
- Learned and helped with equipment isolation and lockout/tagout.
- Helped with doing shifty rounds around the plant, specifically in the turbine side and auxiliary unit.
- Took care in observing surroundings using the 5 senses and reported on anything that seemed off.
- Learned how to use Maximo to submit data and log sheets, as well as submitting work requests.

- Served food and beverages at a fast-food restaurant, and had to be efficient and accurate at all times.
- Produced the best possible customer experience, correcting any mistakes that were made as well as keeping a level head when required.
- Demonstrated familiarity with all menu items and memorized how to build everything correctly and quickly, as well as possible alternatives when needed.
- Constantly worked under pressure to make both customers and management happy.
- Showed teamwork by working with a variety of different people and attempting to extract the best out of all of them.
- Became proficient at taking orders, counting and handing out cash, building drinks, and making food, at times all simultaneously.
- Showed leadership when things were not going well and brought everyone back onto the right track.
