Thesis title: “Enhancing Vesicular Stomatitis Virus as an Oncolytic Virotherapy”
Description: Planned and led two research projects on microbubble-loaded viral sensitizers and oncolytic viruses as cancer vaccine adjuvants to enhance oncolytic virotherapy. This work involved extensive multiparametric flow cytometry, manipulation of murine cancer models, and collaborations with research teams in Montreal and Ottawa. Contributed as first author to three publications and as co-author to three others.
Served on the institutional animal care committee, reviewing experimental protocols. Participated in the training of a summer intern, a research assistant, and twelve MSc and
