Victoria Fuller is a Toronto based theatre artist and educator who hails from Newfoundland. Victoria studied at Glasgow's prestigious Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where she received her M.A. in Musical Theatre. Victoria quickly realized her passion lay in directing and teaching theatre.
Victoria has been teaching the performing arts to children and adults for more than a decade. She is currently the program director for The Little Red Theatres educational programming, in Toronto.
Victoria is the proud founder and Artistic Director of Echo Productions. She has directed many shows with the company, including: Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange (The Tarragon Theatre); The Walk; Frankenstein; Dog Sees God (Second City); Bonnie & Clyde (The Factory Theatre); Jekyll & Hyde; Context; Charlie: Son of Man; and, Charlie Mobile and the Window to the World. Bonnie & Clyde was awarded a federal grant and was remounted in 2016 to tour the east coast of Canada. Context has been selected for presentation in the 2018 Rendezvous with Madness film festival in Toronto. Charlie: Son of Man was also awarded a federal grant and will be remounted in 2019, to tour the east coast of Canada. Victoria was recruited to direct a number of short plays for The Playwrights’ Springboard, a platform in which playwrights showcase and see staged readings of their current works.
Victoria was a nominee for Outstanding Direction at the My Entertainment World awards.
