I previously worked as a full time courier driver with FedEx Ground. However, due to the restructuring of the company and the merging of both FedEx Ground and FedEx Express this year, I have made the decision to part ways with the company. With that being said, I enjoyed each and every day in my role and am grateful for the experiences while representing the FedEx brand.
Throughout my professional life, I have learned to be a safe, defensive driver while operating different company-owned commercial vehicles. I have experience being the sole operator of sprinter vans, step vans like the Freightliner P1200 and 3 ton box trucks. I was responsible for the completion of pre and post trip inspections daily, and for the day to day maintenance of each company vehicle.
I am currently certified in the transportation of dangerous goods and have basic training on the subject. I have a great understanding of the logistics aspect of the job and can remain time efficient while obtaining 100% delivery accuracy.
I’m a very safety-conscious driver with zero infractions and a clear drivers abstract. I have experience driving in all types of weather conditions, including through multiple peak seasons, and have successfully managed to complete the Christmas rush with a smile on my face each year. I am familiar with being the face of the company, and staying committed to customer satisfaction first and foremost.
I am overly eager to further enhance my skills within a company made up of dedicated, hardworking individuals, that prides itself upon integrity and professionalism.
