- Increase production, and decrease costs through operational analysis
- Facilitate specialist schedules between several offices
- Oversee accounts receivables and collections
- Oversee day to day operations between several offices
- Motivate employees to work to their full potential
- Facilitate GA schedule between 5 clinics
- Respond to specific patient cases, complaints, and complicated patient cases
- HR Management, Recruitment and Termination of Employees
- Analyze and oversee daily, weekly and monthly costs/production
- Work on call 24/7 to meet the needs of all employees and clinics
- Experience with MaxiDent, Peridigm and Dentrix, ability to understand dental software easily.
- Experience with paperless offices, and offices still using paper charts
- Contract Negotiations with dentists and employees
- Provide excellent customer service, and care to patients
- Ensure patient confidentiality and meet Health and Safety protocols
- Oversee all costs, and ordering of dental and office supplies to meeting a specific percentage/goal of monthly production
- Introduce specialist and specialist schedules, to increase production and attract new patients
