I am currently completing my Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and will be graduating in December 2025. Through my coursework at NAIT, I have developed a solid understanding of process control,

measurement systems, PLC programming, calibration, and instrumentation maintenance. This academic foundation is complemented by my practical experience as a Tower Mechanic with

Sulzer Chemtech Inc., where I worked in confined spaces to inspect, remove, and reinstall internal components of distillation towers. I also have experience interpreting technical drawings, using precision tools, and adhering to strict safety standards.

In addition to my technical education, my previous roles in construction and agricultural operations have strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I hold multiple safety certifications from Energy Safety Canada, including Confined Space Entry

Monitor, Fall Protection, and H2S Alive, underscoring my commitment to safety and professionalism in all aspects of my work. I hold a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation, ensuring dependable commuting. I also maintain a current passport, enabling any travel requirements as needed.

As I prepare to complete my studies, I seek to acquire my Journeyman certification and other required safety training. I am eager to contribute my growing expertise to a dynamic team,

SULZER CHEMTECH INC - EDMONTON, ALBERTA APRIL 2025 – MAY 2025

Position – Tower Mechanic Teck 2 (PT) at SHELL SCOTFORD REFINERY

Safely climb ladders and stairs, and use manways to access the interior of distillation towers and columns
Conduct entry into confined spaces following all safety procedures and protocols
Disassemble, remove, inspect, and reinstall internal components such as:

Trays, Packing material, Distribution devices, Rods, and Internal piping systems

Use hand and power tools to assist with mechanical removal and installation tasks
Perform detailed visual inspections and report on equipment condition.
Support the replacement or repair of corroded or worn parts.
Collaborate with supervisors, safety personnel, and other team members to ensure safe and efficient work.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all site safety and environmental guidelines.

BLACKMUD CREEK CONSTRUCTION LTD - EDMONTON, ALBERTA JUL 2024 – JAN 2025

Position – Wood Framer (Apartment Building Construction) PT

Interpret technical drawings and building plans to determine the layout and dimensions of the framing structure.
Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to construct walls, floors, staircases, and other structural elements.
Build and install temporary bracing for stability during construction.
Operate tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and levels to shape and secure wood components.
Verify that the structures are level, plumb, and properly aligned.
Work closely with other construction crew members, including site supervisors, and general contractors.
Adhere to safety protocols and building codes.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, helmets, and safety glasses to ensure all tasks are completed safely.
