I have over fourteen years of experience in general corporate advisory and have been involved in providing opinion on various issues raised by clients, routinely counselling both manufacturing and service industry companies on a vast range of compliances in all elements of commerce and business, including contracts (negotiation, drafting and review), corporate and legal compliance, dispute resolution/ litigation, labour related matters for national and International clients. I have also been involved with the review and negotiation of contracts with regard to projects, procurement and rendering advice and comments thereon. I have worked on high value, cross border as well as domestic transactions, day to day business requirements, risk analysis, providing legal related trainings, corporate audits etc.

Presently, I am seeking opportunities in a growth oriented environment as an in-house professional, where, through my analytical, legal and inter-personal skills, I shall create and enhance my professional values whilst contributing to the organizational goals.
