As a student entering into the field of software development, I have an extreme amount of enthusiasm and passion for learning and being open to new ideas! I have always had a strong passion for logic, problem-solving, and programming developed through several years of coding in and outside of school, along with participation in multiple programming hackathons and mathematics contests. Provided the right opportunity, I would do my absolute best to succeed and be of great value.
I have developed strong communication and verbal skills through canvassing for The Liberal Party of Ontario along with years of working in the service industry. In these positions, I was often required to communicate with team members efficiently in order to help keep the day-to-day operations going. These involve my positions in the kitchen at restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse and Your Neighbourhood Pizza Company. I am certain that the skills I have developed through these years will also be of great value when it comes to communicating my ideas with other team members along with being able to properly listen and take feedback for my work.
