• Provides assistance in facilitating the functions of general manager including but not limited to enforcement of procedures, staff communication and customer service relations.
• Trains and supervises the staff and inventory management for store and gas bar. Determines staffing requirements, assists the HR manager with hiring decisions, trains each new hire on the basics of the facility and explains the training Schedule Plus creates and maintains operational schedules and attends corporate meetings.
• Enforces all corporate, local, and provincial policies and procedures; submits bi-weekly payroll information, enforces progressive discipline policy with counseling sessions and written warnings when necessary.
