I am a professional with a rich and diverse background in both technology and project management. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, India in 2016 and later obtained a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Fiji in 2022.
My professional journey began in September 2016 as a Security and Surveillance Engineer at Datec Fiji Limited, where I excelled in installing and configuring various systems. I swiftly progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Team Leader for Software/Logistics and later as an ICT Product Manager, showcasing my adeptness in project management, innovation, and client relations.
In December 2018, I transitioned to New Vision IOT Solutions as an Innovations Manager and Business Partner, focusing on introducing new ICT products to the Fijian market and spearheading sales and marketing efforts.
My commitment to advancing technology and telecommunications led me to join the Ministry of Communications in September 2019, initially as a Senior Engineer and Registrar of Radio Frequencies, and later as Principal Engineer and Registrar of Radio Frequencies. In these roles, I played pivotal roles in policy development, spectrum management, project deployment, and international collaboration, contributing significantly to the growth of Fiji's ICT sector.
Since March 2023, I have been serving as an ICT Specialist in ICT Project Management at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where I provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, project development, smart islands - connecting rural and remote communities, and procurement services, further extending my impact on a global scale.
Throughout my career, I have actively participated in global organizations such as the International Telecommunications Union and the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation, showcasing my commitment to industry development and best practices.
Fluent in multiple languages and possessing a wealth of technical expertise, I continue to drive innovation and excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of technology and project management.
