Came up with a strategy to reduce the expenses of Villa Marconi. This resulted in saving thousands of dollars every month. The strategy is based on adjusting employee schedules to give them the maximum allowed hours per week, avoiding the need for employees working double shifts, limiting the number of employees coming through staffing agencies, and hiring additional part-time employees
Made sure the floor has the appropriate number of employees

Managed the floors during the Covid-19 outbreak. Made sure the employees and the residents do not leave the floor, that they follow the safety and hygiene procedures and that no other employees from other floors, nor resident family members are allowed to enter the floors
Administrates the Functional Abilities Form (FAF) of employees who had injuries, from the moment the incident report is submitted to the moment they return to work
Contributed to the update of the Saftey and Emergency plan of Villa Marconi
Ensured that the employees complied with the Occupational Health and Safety act
Prepared incidental reports and submitted them to the management
