As a former hospitality industry professional, I dedicated myself to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Now, as an outdoor enthusiast and active environmentalist, I have decided to follow my passion and contribute to the greater mission of making the earth a better place.
I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various roles. At Lovelarte in Vancouver, BC, from October 2023 to March 2024, I served as a Customer Service Representative and Barista, engaging with customers professionally, ensuring transaction accuracy, and preparing high-quality beverages. Prior to this, I worked at Atera in New York, NY, from August 2021 to August 2022 as a Server and Line Cook.
There, I attended to dining details in a fine dining setting, served and introduced dishes to guests, answered customer questions, and led the garde manger station. Simultaneously, at Farra Wine Bar in New York, NY, I worked as a Server and Line Cook 1, where I paired dishes with wine, managed restaurant operations, led hot and cold stations, and trained new cooks on dish preparation and kitchen operations.
